Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Accommodation Terms and Conditions shall apply to accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between the accommodation facility and guests regarding accommodation services provided by “Sanpuru Kobo Bekkan Zen-zen” (hereinafter referred to as “the facility”).
Article 2 (Application for accommodation contract)
A person applying for accommodation at this facility shall provide the following information
Name of the guest
Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
Number of persons staying
Other items deemed necessary by the facility
Article 3 (Formation of Accommodation Contract)
The accommodation contract shall be concluded when this facility accepts the application as stated in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply in the event that this facility gives notice of non-acceptance.
Article 4 (Cancellation of Accommodation Contract)
Cancellation by the guest
The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by making a request to this facility. The cancellation policy is as follows

2. Cancellation by the facility
The facility may cancel the accommodation contract in any of the following cases.
When there is a possibility that the guest may commit an act that offends the law or public order and morals
When it is difficult to provide accommodation services due to a natural disaster, equipment failure, etc.
When this facility otherwise deems it unavoidable
Article 5 (Refusal of Accommodation)
The facility reserves the right to refuse accommodation in the following cases
When there is a false application
When there has been a problem with accommodation in the past
When it is deemed that there are other obstacles to the operation of this facility
Article 6 (Responsibility of Guests)
Guests shall compensate for any damage to, defacement of, or loss of the facilities or equipment of the facility.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The facility shall not be liable for any damage caused by the following reasons
Force majeure such as natural disasters, fire, power outages, etc.
Accidents, injuries, theft, etc. due to the carelessness or willful misconduct of the guest
Malfunction of Internet connection
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information obtained from guests will be used only to the extent necessary to perform accommodation services and will not be provided to any third party (except as required by law).
Article 9 (Court of Jurisdiction)
The court having jurisdiction over the location of the facility shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any and all disputes related to these terms and conditions.
