Precautions, etc.
- Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
- There is a private parking lot for one car. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you wish to use it.
- For guests coming from overseas, we will make a copy of your passport at the time of check-in.
- Reservations can be made 6 months in advance under normal circumstances. However, reservations for the Gujo Odori period will start from April 1.
- Smoking is not permitted in the building.
- In the case of consecutive nights, cleaning will not take place during the stay.
- If you are going to check-in after 18:00, you must contact us on the day of your arrival.
- Late arrivals without prior notice will be considered as cancellations and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If you do not show up on the reserved date, you will also be charged a cancellation fee.
- The last check-in time for late arrivals is 20:00.
- After 20:00, it is after-hours, and we cannot accept all check-ins.
